It develops and publishes many games that have achieved great success in international markets. Reaching millions of players with different products in pc, mobile and NFT game categories, Joygame aims to provide entertainment experiences to players across all continents with local content.


We are looking for a “ PC Marketing Manager ” for our Madbyte Studio / PC Games organization in İstanbul and needed qualifications are below.


Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing budget allocation strategies across channels and ensure an optimal balance between efficiency and incrementality
  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns including budgeting, bidding, targeting, and creative strategy
  • Optimize campaign performance continuously and provide regular reporting on KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, and retention
  • Collaborate with influencers and manage influencer marketing from briefing to execution, including timing and potential in-game integrations
  • Lead creative briefing for video and banner production, gameplay asset coordination
  • Implement and optimize CRO strategies across landing pages, forms, and registration flows with a focus on personalization
  • Execute SEO strategies including technical implementations and content enhancements to drive organic growth
  • Leverage business intelligence tools for internal data analysis, churn prediction (e.g., AppNava), and personalized offer matching (e.g., Organon, Oredata)
  • Set up and maintain web analytics tools to monitor user behavior and optimize the user journey
  • Manage strategic partnerships and IP collaborations, from partner selection to project planning
  • Conduct competitive and market research to generate actionable insights and inform strategic decisions


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the PC gaming industry
  • Proven hands-on experience in managing paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic networks
  • Strong knowledge of KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CVR, and retention
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing dynamics, from planning to measurement
  • Experience in creative content development, briefing, and A/B testing across ad formats
  • Solid understanding of CRO and SEO best practices, including personalization tactics and technical optimization
  • Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, GA4) for user behavior tracking and performance analysis
  • Comfortable with BI tools and working with data to generate insights and inform decision-making
  • Strong passion for PC gaming and an active understanding of PC gamer culture
  • Active Reddit user with familiarity in gaming subreddits, community behavior, and platform dynamics
