PCA Personal Care Assistant - URGENT NEED

URGENT -- Part Time PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT. DEPENDABLE. COMMITMENT. DAY TIME. Serious qualified applicants only. Hours: Tuesday - Friday 1:15pm to 6:15pm and the flexibility to accompany to appointments.

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing personalized care and assistance to individuals who need help with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). The caregiver will ensure the well-being, safety, and comfort of our clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including but not limited to:
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Medication reminders and support with basic health management
• Light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, tidying up, and organizing
• Provide updates to family members and healthcare professionals as required
• Maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for the client

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a caregiver or in a similar role preferred
• Understanding of ADLs and how to assist clients with varying needs
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare providers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, assisting with MOBILITY)
• Must pass background check

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
