PCA Personal Care Assistant/Med Tech (PT 1st & and 2nd Shift available)

• Personal Care Aide
• Responsible for assisting residents with severe developmental disabilities with daily living and habilitation needs such as: feeding meals, personal hygiene, medications and other activities of daily living. The residents are medically fragile individuals who are both ambulatory and non-ambulatory with developmental disabilities and severe cognitive delays.'Qualifications- Caregiving experience a plus- Assisted living or nursing home experience a plus- Knowledge of ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) a plus- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities a plus- Ability to provide direct support and patient care- Experience in cleaning and maintaining a clean environment
• In our 5 bed facilities the staff to resident ratio is 2 staff to 5 residents.
• At our 10 bed facility the staff to resident ratio for 1st & 2nd Shift is 4 staff to 10 residents and 3rd shift 3 staff to 10 residents.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Work Location:
• Mt Pleasant
• Paid Time 1/2 for Holidays.
• Paid lunch and Breaks.
