We are seeking compassionate and energetic PCA/CNA professionals to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality patient care, support residents’ daily needs, and ensure their safety and comfort. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, many of whom require specialized memory and dementia care. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills within a supportive community focused on excellence in senior care. Duties

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, medical documentation, and changes in residents’ conditions using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems
  • Provide compassionate care for residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory impairments, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being.
  • Support medication administration under supervision, following HIPAA guidelines and aseptic techniques to maintain safety standards.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans tailored to each resident’s needs, including behavioral health support and post-acute care.
  • Assist with medical procedures such as phlebotomy when trained, and support infection control protocols for infectious disease care.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment by adhering to all safety procedures related to acute care, ICU experience, or hospital medicine environments. Qualifications
  • Valid CNA certification or PCA training with current state licensing where applicable.
  • Experience working in long-term care facilities such as assisted living, nursing homes, or hospices is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience with memory care, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, or behavioral health is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Cerner or eClinicalWorks; medical terminology knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of vital signs monitoring, anatomy and physiology knowledge, and basic life support certification.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays across inpatient or outpatient settings.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
