PCA/Direct Support Worker

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have some experience as a PCA/Direct Support Worker.
• Must have experience with behaviors.
• Must have some knowledge and experience with autism.
• Have good work ethics.
• Must be caring, compassionate, patient and willing to learn.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Must have a current driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must have 2 forms of ID (photo ID and SS card or Birth Certificate).
• Must pass the required MN DHS criminal background study that requires fingerprints and photo.
• Must successfully complete the online CFSSPCA Training, the Vulnerable Mandated Reporter Training that is required by MN DHS.
• Must be Fluent in English with speaking, understanding, reading, and writing.
