Key Responsibilities & Role:

Lead Generation & Sales: Making outbound calls to prospective customers to sell PCD franchises or third-party manufacturing services.

Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with existing clients, handling queries, and resolving complaints.

Product Promotion: Explaining product features, benefits, and market USP to potential buyers.

Order Management: Coordinating with production and logistics teams to process orders and ensure timely delivery.

Targets: Working towards achieving monthly or quarterly sales, revenue, and client acquisition goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences is often preferred.

Experience: Generally requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in pharma sales or a similar role.

Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), strong persuasion abilities, and good communication skills.

Distinction in Role:

PCD Executive: Focuses on appointing distributors/franchisees for exclusive territories.

Third-Party Executive: Focuses on finding clients who want to manufacture their own branded medicines through the company's facilities.

Notes - Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must currently work in the pharmaceutical sector. Candidates from other sales industries are not eligible to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
