PCM Civil Engineer

• preferably with work experience in POWER PLANT PROJECTS
• manages large infrastructure projects, acting as the client's representative to oversee contractors, ensure quality/safety/budget compliance, review designs, track progress, handle documentation, and resolve site issues for roads, utilities, buildings, etc., bridging the gap between client vision and contractor execution.
