Key Activities

Develop an annual Marketing plan for the PD portfolio, including clear goals, initiatives, and KPIs.

Implement tactical marketing programs tailored to market needs and aligned with regional and corporate strategies.

Conduct regular market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, customer needs, and competitive activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access) to ensure seamless execution of strategies.

Monitor plan performance, track KPIs, and propose corrective actions as needed.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and relevant stakeholders to drive advocacy for PD therapies.

Conduct product training, workshops, and presentations for healthcare providers to ensure optimal understanding and utilization of PD solutions.

Gather customer insights and feedback to continuously refine product positioning and address market needs.

Lead initiatives to promote PD therapy adoption, highlighting patient-centric benefits and clinical value.

Work closely with customers, ensuring continuous engagement, addressing concerns, and strengthening relationships to foster loyalty and
growth.

Proactively identify barriers to PD therapy adoption and implement strategies to overcome these challenges.

Utilize health economic models and clinical evidence to enhance product value propositions and support decision-making processes.

Collaborate with medical teams to drive awareness of PD clinical benefits and align messaging with scientific evidence.

Develop accurate sales forecasts for the PD portfolio and track performance against budget and targets.

Optimize marketing investments to maximize return on investment (ROI) and business impact.

Evaluate and refine promotional plans based on business outcomes and market feedback.
JOB CONTEXT & OPERATING ENVIRONMENT
• The Product Manager PD (Peritoneal Dialysis) will be responsible for developing and implementing the annual PD Marketing Plans to drive growth, market share, and revenue for the PD portfolio across Saudi Arabia
• The Product Manager will be reporting to the Marketing Head (Senior Marketing Manager).
FRAMEWORK, BOUNDARIES & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY
Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Marketing Department, and must adhere to the organizational policies and procedures. Also, direct reporting to the Marketing Head for further instructions and recommendations.
Qualifications

3-4 years in Product Management within the healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, MedTech industry
-
Fluent in Arabic (mother tongue), and English (spoken, written, and read proficiency).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Education and/or Experience.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Marketing, or Business).

Master’s degree preferred. (MBA)
