Job Summary

The PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Worker is responsible for performing pre-delivery inspections on completed vehicles to ensure they meet all quality, safety, and operational standards before delivery to customers. This role includes checking vehicle components, systems, and overall functionality, reporting defects, and ensuring that vehicles are ready for handover.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

1. Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections on vehicles, including mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic checks.

2. Inspect all vehicle systems (engine, brakes, lights, electronics, doors, windows, etc.) to ensure proper operation.

3. Detect and report any defects, damages, or inconsistencies to the PDI Supervisor or relevant department.

4. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure inspection workflow is efficient and completed on schedule.

5. Record inspection results accurately and provide feedback for quality improvement.

6. Assist in minor adjustments or corrections on vehicles as needed to meet delivery standards.

7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inspection area and tools.

8. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines during inspection activities.

9. Perform other related duties assigned by the PDI Supervisor or Production Manager.
