JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for dynamic and skilled PE Teacher to lead a variety of sports and physical activities for children ages 4–12. The role involves organizing, conducting training and games, teaching basic sports skills, and creating an environment where children can stay active, build confidence, and enjoy teamwork in a safe and supportive atmosphere.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

● Plan and lead engaging sports and physical activities including football, basketball, tennis, archery, dodgeball, sack race, long jump, tug of war, running, and skipping.

● Organize fun and interactive camp games such as egg-and-spoon race, bowling, team challenges, dance, gymnastics, and obstacle courses.

● Adapt activities to suit different age groups and skill levels (4–12 years).

● Ensure children’s safety and well-being during all physical sessions.

● Arrive 30 minutes before camp start to set up equipment and prepare sessions.

● Promote teamwork, discipline, fair play, and confidence among participants.

● Support fellow staff in creating a positive and energetic camp environment.

● Follow safeguarding, health, and safety policies at all times.

● Report the relevant authority immediately of any incidents, accidents, or concerns.

Key Requirements / Qualifications :

● Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).

● Valid Iqama / ID.

● First Aid & CPR certification.

● Child Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete before camp start).

● Police Report (attainable from Absher).

● Previous experience working with children (PE teaching, or sports camp programs preferred.).

● Ability to manage groups of children and keep sessions fun, safe, and structured.

Camp Details :

Timing: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (arrival by 7:30 a.m.)

Locations & Dates:

Half Term Break

19th – 23rd October: Qurtuba, Ghirnatah

26th – 30th October: Ar Rabie, Diplomatic Quarter
