PEB Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for a Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Engineer with strong technical knowledge of steel structures and proven experience in real estate development projects. The role requires balancing engineering precision with commercial viability, ensuring that PEB solutions align with real estate investment goals, timelines, and market demands.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution

- Oversee fabrication and erection activities, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges during construction.

- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and developers to align engineering with project objectives.

- Real Estate Integration

- Assess land use, zoning, and development potential for PEB projects.

- Support feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for real estate investments.

- Adapt PEB designs to meet market-driven requirements (commercial, industrial, residential).

- Quality & Compliance

- Implement QA/QC procedures for fabrication and erection.

- Ensure sustainability and green building practices are incorporated.

- Maintain documentation for regulatory approvals and client reporting.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

- 5+ years of experience in PEB design, fabrication, and erection.

- Exposure to real estate development projects (industrial parks, warehouses, commercial complexes, or residential developments).

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Tekla, or equivalent structural software.

- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and real estate compliance.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
