Job Title: PEB Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Location: Pune/Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive/Manager to promote and sell Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, client relationship skills, and a proven sales record in the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build a strong pipeline for PEB projects.
  • Understand client requirements, prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial contact to final negotiation and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure solution feasibility and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and end clients.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in industrial sales, preferably in PEB or steel structures.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and engineering concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
