Job Title: PEB Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive/Manager to promote and sell Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, client relationship skills, and a proven sales record in the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline for PEB projects.
- Understand client requirements, prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial contact to final negotiation and contract closure.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure solution feasibility and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and end clients.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience in industrial sales, preferably in PEB or steel structures.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
