PEB SITE ENGINEER

We are hiring an experienced PEB Site Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects, including fabrication coordination, steel erection, cladding installation, and site execution.

The candidate must have proven experience in industrial sheds, warehouses, factory buildings, mezzanine floors, and structural steel erection works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise full PEB erection activities (columns, rafters, beams, bracings)
• Execute roof & wall cladding installation (sandwich panel / GI sheet)
• Ensure anchor bolt alignment, base plate leveling & grouting
• Monitor purlin, girt & structural component installation
• Follow approved erection sequence & lifting plans
• Coordinate with crane operators & rigging team
• Prepare MIR, WIR, ITP & method statements
• Handle QA/QC inspections & NCR closure
• Coordinate with client, consultant & subcontractors
• Maintain daily progress report & manpower planning
• Ensure HSE compliance at site
• Review IFC, GA & shop drawings

• Ability to read structural & fabrication drawings
• Experience in erection methodology
• Familiar with torque tightening & bolt inspection
• AutoCAD knowledge preferred
• MS Excel & Reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
• 3–8 Years Experience in PEB Projects (Mandatory)
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
• Strong site coordination & communication skills
