About the role:
We are seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our primary care team in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, family-centered care to pediatric patients from birth through adolescence. You will work collaboratively with physicians, behavioral health providers, and other team members to deliver high-quality, accessible care that addresses both medical and social needs. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an underserved
community while practicing full-spectrum outpatient pediatrics in a supportive, team-based environment.
