A leading academic health system in Georgia is seeking a fellowship-trained Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join a growing program in the state's only dedicated children's hospital. This hybrid role offers a mix of pediatric cardiac anesthesia and general pediatric anesthesia, with strong institutional support and excellent compensation.
Position Highlights
Academic faculty role with teaching and mentoring
Balanced case mix: congenital heart surgeries + general pediatric cases
Collaborative team of anesthesiologists, surgeons, CRNAs, and fellows
Structured call schedule with home pager coverage and rare overnight call-ins
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $500,000 to $540,000 + $20,000 fellowship differential $40,000 sign-on bonus + $10,000 relocation allowance
56 paid days off annually | CME $5,000 + 10 days
