Pediatric Cardiologist - Virtual Telemedicine (Contract)

We are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Pediatric Cardiologist to join our team on a contract basis, providing virtual care to pediatric patients. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your expertise in a flexible, remote setting.

Position Details:

• Contract: Independent Contractor
• Hours: 4 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
• Modality: Virtual Telemedicine (work from anywhere with a stable internet connection)
• Focus: Pediatric Cardiology consultations, follow-ups, and patient education.
• Optional Expansion: Opportunity to work an additional 4 hours per week providing general pediatric telemedicine services, if desired by the candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments of pediatric patients with suspected or diagnosed cardiac conditions.
• Provide accurate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and offer patient education via telemedicine platforms.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Adhere to all HIPAA and telemedicine regulations.

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO)
• Board certification/eligibility in Pediatric Cardiology
• Active medical license in WA
• Experience with telemedicine platforms preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
