Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Pediatric Caregivers to provide in-home support for children. This role focuses on supervision, daily routines, and creating a safe, engaging environment for children of all ages.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure child safety at all times
- Assist with meals, snacks, and light housekeeping
- Support daily routines (dressing, hygiene, bedtime)
- Help with homework and educational activities
- Engage children in play and developmental activities
- Communicate effectively with parents and care team

Requirements:
- Experience working with children (babysitting, daycare, or caregiving)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Background check required
- Patience, compassion, and strong communication skills

Preferred:
- Experience with special needs or behavioral support

Schedule: Flexible (part-time/full-time available)

Pay: Competitive, based on experience
