Pediatric Dental Assistant

Our pediatric dental office is looking for a full or part-time Dental Assistant to join our fabulous team! Experience is not required! We encourage anyone interested in on the job training to apply. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys interacting with kids and is ready to learn and grow with our team!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for assisting the doctors in the clinical treatment of patients

SPECIFIC DUTIES

* Set up treatment rooms for procedures

* Escort patients to and from treatment room

* Seat patients in treatment rooms and prepare them for their appointment

* Show care and concern, help patients feel comfortable

* Anticipate and assist dentists' needs

* Chart patient records

* Perform clinical procedures as directed by dentist

* Give patient instruction and demonstrate when necessary

* Oversee cleanliness of the treatment room according to sterilization procedures

* Sterilize all instruments and hand pieces according to OSHA regulations

**Compensation ranges from $22-$30+ depending on experience.
