Position: Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (DA or RDA)
Schedule: Full-time (4 days/week)
Hours: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts)
What We’re Looking For
- DA or RDA (Required)
- Coronal Polish Certificate (Required)
- Front office experience is a plus
- Ability and willingness to cross-train in both front and back office is highly valued

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and families and create a warm, positive experience
- Prepare patients for treatment while ensuring comfort
- Assist during operative procedures
- Take dental radiographs
- Perform coronal polishing (coronal polish certificate requirement)
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative instructions
- Set up and break down operatories
- Sterilize instruments according to regulations
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment areas
- Accurately update electronic patient records
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a dental assistant required
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols
- Strong understanding of health and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—especially with children
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and reliable
- Comfortable with technology and digital charting
