Position: Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (DA or RDA)

Schedule: Full-time (4 days/week)
Hours: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts)

What We’re Looking For

• DA or RDA (Required)
• Coronal Polish Certificate (Required)
• Front office experience is a plus
• Ability and willingness to cross-train in both front and back office is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and families and create a warm, positive experience
• Prepare patients for treatment while ensuring comfort
• Assist during operative procedures
• Take dental radiographs
• Perform coronal polishing (coronal polish certificate requirement)
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative instructions
• Set up and break down operatories
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment areas
• Accurately update electronic patient records

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a dental assistant required
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—especially with children
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and reliable
• Comfortable with technology and digital charting

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
