Pediatric Dental Assistant (Full-Time, 4 Days/Week) – Fun, Fast-Paced, Kid-Loving Team

Mountain View Pediatric Dentistry is growing—and we’re looking for an experienced dental assistant who truly enjoys working with kids to join our team.

We’re not your typical dental office. Our days are busy, fun, sometimes a little wild (in a good way), and centered around creating a really positive experience for kids and their parents.

If you love working with children, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in doing things the right way—we’d love to meet you.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience (required)
• Someone who is upbeat, reliable, and confident in their role
• Great with kids and comfortable talking with parents
• A true team player who can jump in wherever needed
• Organized, efficient, and able to multitask during busy days
• Takes initiative and wants to grow with a practice

What the Job Looks Like:

• Assisting chairside during restorative procedures
• X-rays, coronal polishing, fluoride, sealants
• Sterilization and room turnover
• Helping keep the flow of the day smooth and positive
• Occasionally helping at the front (phones/scheduling is a plus)
