Pediatric Dental Assistant (RDA/DA)

Little Penguin Pediatric Dentistry, a privately-owned pediatric dental office, is looking for a Dental Assistant (RDA/DA) to join our team!

This position is ideal for an RDA or Dental Assistant who loves working with kids and families. The role includes both back duties such as chairside assisting/taking x-rays and front office duties such as insurance verification/coordinating appointments. We are more than happy to train the right candidate who is motivated, eager to grow in the dental field, and willing to learn.

We pride ourselves on having a very supportive team, hands-on owner doctors, and a healthy work-life balance. Our current team members are vital to the office culture, and we are looking for someone to be a part of this!

What We’re Looking For

• Registered dental assistant (RDA) or dental assistant (DA) working toward RDA license
• Some dental office experience REQUIRED, new DA grads are welcomed to apply
• Loves working with children and families
• Positive attitude and strong team player
• Willingness to learn front office duties and become a well-rounded individual
• Full-time availability (35-40 hours a week)

Hiring process is selective and includes interviews, background check, references, and a training period. Pay is based on experience and the amount of training needed.
