Pediatric Dentist (Part-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join our dental practice on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for pediatric patients
• Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Educate children and their parents on oral hygiene practices and dental health
• Administer anesthesia and sedation as appropriate and within scope of practice
• Collaborate with dental assistants and staff to ensure efficient patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry and implement best practices

Skills and Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Valid license to practice dentistry in the state
• Specialized training or certification in pediatric dentistry preferred
• Proven experience working with children in a dental setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and able to create a positive experience for young patients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
