We are a growing private dental office in Lake Jackson, TX that sees a mix of adults and pediatric patients with PPO, Medicare, and Children's Medicaid insurances. We value compassion, teamwork, and professionalism and are looking for an ambitious Associate Dentist ready to contribute and thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality pediatric dentistry or willingness to work with kids
• Develop and communicate comprehensive treatment plans
• Build rapport and trust with patients to foster long-term relationships
• Collaborate with a highly skilled team of assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship opportunities
• Contribute to the practice’s productivity goals with a strong work ethic and patient-first mindset

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Licensed to practice in the state of TX (or ability to obtain)
• Strong work ethic and a desire to continually improve skills
• Open to mentorship and constructive feedback
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• New graduates welcome – Mentorship available
