WE NEED A PEDIATRIC DENTIST TO JOIN OUR DENTAL FAMILY!!!

We have an amazing team in our Tallahassee location, and the only thing missing is---- YOU! We have incredible office hours of 8a-5p Monday-Thursday, with THREE DAY WEEKENDS, EVERY WEEKEND! We are closed every weekend and all major holidays. We offer 401K, dental, vision, health, and life insurance plans.

Our Tallahassee location is a privately owned office with state-of-the-art technology. We are looking for a tenured pediatric dentist passionate about dentistry who puts patient needs first and has a compassionate disposition. The pediatric dentist will have access to an average of 300-400 new patients a month.

The compensation package is based off PRODUCTION and there is no deduction for the doctor's lab bills. The average full time doctor produces $100k monthly, and easily brings home over $300,000 a year. Student loan reimbursement is also available!!!

General Dentist Responsibilities & Duties:

• Fixing or removing damaged teeth
• Filling cavities
• Performing exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patient’s health
• Developing treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues
• Administering or prescribing medications to decrease pain and improve patient health
• Interacting with patients and instruct them on proper oral care
• Measuring and fitting dental appliances
• Referring patients to a specialist if needed

General Dentist Skills & Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• A state of Florida license to practice dentistry
• Patience when dealing with patients
• Ability to communicate with patients regarding their health and care
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work with hands in small spaces
• Good problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $350,000.00 per year
