Qualifications:

We are seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Certification from an accredited pediatric dental residency program.
• An active Arizona Dental License (or willingness to obtain one).
• Certification in oral conscious sedation.
• Availability to see patients during scheduled office hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,400.00 - $2,100.00 per day

Expected hours: 18 – 36 per week

Work Location: In person
