A thriving, fast-growing pediatric-focused dental group with two locations in the Kansas City/Leavenworth region is searching for a FUN, skilled, patient-loving dentist to join the team immediately. A Clinic Built Around Kids & Airway Growth

  • Pediatric patients up to age 14/15
  • Interceptive orthodontics
  • Airway-centered growth philosophy
  • Full ortho & airway program launching in ~1.5 years

Expanding Fast

A major Leavenworth expansion is underway, adding:

  • 4 new hygiene chairs
  • 2 closed ops
  • 1 consult room
  • More space for ortho and overflow

More rooms = more kids = more production.

Schedule

You’ll rotate between offices for an engaging, balanced week:

  • Monday — Leavenworth: 8–5
  • Tuesday — North KC: 1–7
  • Wednesday — Leavenworth: 8–5
  • Thursday — Leavenworth: 7–1
  • Friday — Leavenworth: 8–12

On-call: One week per month (very flexible)

Bonus & Benefits Package

  • $20,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year agreement)
  • $10,000 relocation allowance OR $30,000 bonus if no move required
  • $2,500 annual CE stipend

Ideal Candidate

You’re a match if you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience post-residency/school
  • Are a pediatric dentist or GP with significant pediatric experience
  • Are confident in all pedo procedures
  • (Optional) Have sedation experience; PALS required if performing sedation

Licensing: Must hold KS & MO licenses (credentialing ~4–6 weeks)

Pay: $250,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
