Pediatric Dentist

Brilliant Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a FULL TIME associate dentist who is passionate about patient care and has a desire to grow in the dental profession.

We are a fun and progressive, professional yet casual Dental Office with an opening beginning Spring 2026. The culture of our office is a friendly caring work atmosphere with competitive pay! Best part is we respect work/life balance.

This position is mainly located in Hoboken, NJ, and includes travelling as a school based dentist to neighboring cities about once a week seasonally (November-March)

All associates are paid on a W2 with a base and percentage incentive

Strong production skills and drive to succeed.

Confident and Experienced preferred.

Board Eligible/Certified is a plus

Must be able to deliver high quality care

Able to work with a team with humor, enthusiasm and professionalism.

Required Experience:

3-5 Years of experience preferred

Must be licensed DDS or DMD in the State of NJ

Must have graduated from a Pediatric Dentistry residency
