Compensation & Benefits

• $1,100/day guarantee for first 3 months
• 33% of Adjusted Production
• Expected earnings: $200,000–$250,000 annually
• $1,000 annual CE allowance (registration costs)
• AAPD dues & PA licensing covered
• Insurance premium contribution provided
• Flexible time-off policy – planned collaboratively to support balance and patient care

The Opportunity

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
• Procedures: Preventive and diagnostic (exams, cleanings, fluoride, sealants, radiographs) | Restorative (fillings, stainless steel crowns, strip crowns, Bioflex) | Space maintenance | Pulp therapy | Uncomplicated extractions
• Minimally invasive care: Silver diamine fluoride, Hall technique, resin infiltration, Bioclear systems
• Sedation & OR: Nitrous oxide in-office | General anesthesia cases at Hershey Medical Center
• Technology: LightScalpel CO₂ laser, intraosseous anesthesia, Bioclear systems, Pearl AI diagnostics, cloud-based management software

Who We’re Looking For

• Pediatric dentist (board-certified or board-eligible) with strong pediatric experience — or the compassion and patience to grow into it
• Excellent communicator with kids and families
• Fun, approachable, and willing to be a little silly to help children feel safe and at ease
• Team-oriented and collaborative, with a passion for continuous learning
