Though our office is new, we are proud to serve an already established patient base from our well-known general dental practice, Dental Solutions. Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality care that helps children build healthy smiles for life.

Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Pediatric Dentist Associate to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new practice with the support of an experienced management team and a steady flow of patients from our existing general office.

The ideal candidate is someone who loves working with children, values teamwork, and strives to deliver exceptional care. We are especially interested in an associate who is looking for a long-term partnership opportunity and wants to grow with us as we build the Dental Solutions Kids brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric and adolescent patients
• Perform routine exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and other restorative procedures
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team to ensure a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
• Active state dental license (or eligibility for licensure in Connecticut)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and providing gentle, compassionate care

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
