About the Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist to join our growing and highly respected practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who is ready to step into a full schedule supported by a high-performing, experienced team and collaborate with Board-Certified Pediatric Dentists.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Deliver exceptional pediatric dental care in a welcoming, child-centered environment
• Create positive and meaningful dental experiences for children and their families
• Educate parents and patients on preventive care and long-term oral health
• Grow clinically and professionally within a structured, organized, and family-focused practice

This position is ideal for a dentist who is confident in clinical decision-making and eager to contribute to a strong system and positive workplace culture. If you prefer a slower-paced environment or are not yet ready to manage a full schedule, this role may not be the right fit. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us for the long haul.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency program
• Active Michigan dental license in good standing
• Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry
• Strong commitment to compassionate, high-quality pediatric dental care
