Your Role as a Pediatric Dentist
- Perform preventive, restorative, and emergency care for children and adolescents
- Develop individualized treatment plans with a focus on gentle, effective, and educational care
- Foster long-term relationships with families by creating positive dental experiences
- Coordinate patient care with our orthodontic and general dental team
- Use state-of-the-art tools, including digital radiography and pediatric-friendly dental software
What We’re Looking For
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a pediatric dental residency program
- Active (or eligible) dental license in the state of Connecticut
- Board Certification (or board eligibility) through the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, a team-first attitude, and a passion for working with children
