Position: Pediatric Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – Home & Community-Based)

Compensation: $30–$45 per hour

Employment Type: Part-Time, Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized therapy plans focusing on mobility, balance, and functional independence under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Conduct engaging therapy sessions in diverse environments, including homes, group homes, and community settings.
• Document treatment plans, track patient progress, and collaborate with supervising PTs and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate caregivers on safe practices, home exercise programs, and strategies to support developmental goals.

Qualifications:

• Required: Active Arizona PTA License
• Required: Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and aligned with CTHK's child-centered mission
• Required: Valid CPR & First Aid Certification
• Pediatric experience in HCBS, clinical, or school-based settings
