Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in pediatric and home health care settings.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, onboarding, and HR processes.
• Experience managing medical records and conducting background checks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with Kantime, HHA Exchange, and EVV systems is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
