We are currently seeking a Full-Time Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide services through our Mequon outpatient pediatric clinic as well as the Ozaukee County Birth to 3 Early Intervention Program. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work with children across settings while supporting families during the most critical years of development.
You will collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members to promote motor development, mobility, and functional independence through both clinic-based therapy and natural environment early intervention services.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct pediatric physical therapy evaluations for infants, toddlers, and young children
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IFSP and therapy goals
  • Provide direct early intervention services within natural environments (home/community) through Ozaukee Birth to 3
  • Provide clinic-based pediatric therapy services at our Mequon Clinic
  • Address gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, posture, and mobility
  • Coach and educate families to support skill development during daily routines
  • Collaborate with service coordinators and interdisciplinary team members
  • Complete documentation according to state, county, and clinic guidelines

Qualifications

  • Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
  • Pediatric and/or Birth to 3 experience preferred
  • Strong communication and family-coaching skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Passion for helping children and families during early developmental stages
