Pediatric Physical Therapist

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our team at SLC Therapy of WNY, a private therapist-run agency. In this role, you will work with pediatric patients (birth to 5 years old) at various locations in the community, providing speech therapy services to enhance gross motor skill development. You will coach and empower children and their caregivers while working for a company that aims to empower you as well!

Duties

• Implement individualized physical therapy plans as stated in the child's IEP or IFSP.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support progress and ensure effective strategies are in place.
• Monitor child progress, assess current skill level and adjust therapy goals and objectives as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate families about gross motor development, therapy techniques, and strategies for supporting their child's skills at home.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress.

Experience

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy
• Strong knowledge of childhood developmental milestones and gross motor disorders.

Pay: $36.50 - $43.00 per hour
