Pediatric Physical Therapist (Mobile) (PRN)

Fit Family Physical Therapy (www.fitfamilypt.com) is a family-owned, private pay, mobile physical therapy company serving the Greater Phoenix area. We are looking for passionate PTs to join the team!

Position Details

• Contract / PRN role (not full-time)
• Anticipated 4-8 patient sessions per week to start, with the ability to build a caseload as desired and available
• Afternoon availability required: two non-consecutive weekday afternoons to meet the demand for after-school visits and additional availability a plus!
• Service area: Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and North Phoenix areas
• Inquire for more specific questions!

Responsibilities

• Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
• Prepare and submit treatment notes based on identified and attained goals
• Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• 3+ years experience in pediatric care
• Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $125.00 per hour

• Do you have a reliable means to travel between patient visits in an agreed upon radius in a timely manner?
• List your weekly availability to see patients in the Scottsdale, PV, & N. Phoenix areas (ex: Mondays 8am - 12pm & Thursdays 12-3pm).

License/Certification:

• Physical Therapy License (Required)
