Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This role offers flexibility as a part-time or full-time position and includes a mix of clinic-based care and community-based services (homes, schools, and local programs).

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based pediatric physical therapy services to children ages 0–12
• Deliver care in a variety of settings including clinic, home, and community environments
• Evaluate and treat a range of conditions including: Developmental delays, Torticollis/plagiocephaly, Neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP, functional medicine providers, educators)
• Educate and empower families with individualized care plans and home programming
• Contribute to a positive, engaging, and supportive patient experience

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida (or eligible)
• Pediatric experience required (preferably ages 0–8)
• Strong clinical reasoning and confidence working independently in community settings
• Passion for family-centered, play-based care
• Empowers families, providers, and clients
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Growth-minded, collaborative, and aligned with a holistic approach to care
