Full-Time Pediatrician Opportunity – Hilton Head Island & Bluffton, SC
Join a thriving, physician-led practice in the heart of the South Carolina Lowcountry

Palmetto Pediatrics of the Lowcountry, a well-established, physician-owned, single-specialty pediatric practice with offices in Hilton Head Island and Bluffton, South Carolina, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible pediatrician to join our team.

We are a six-physician group known for delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a friendly, supportive work environment. This is a 100% outpatient position ideal for a pediatrician seeking long-term stability, a welcoming team, and a true work-life balance.

Practice Highlights:

• Two-location practice: Hilton Head Island & Bluffton, SC
• Full-time schedule: 4-day work week for optimal work/life balance
• Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday mornings (shared rotation), 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Call rotation: phone call only and shared among providers

(No hospital rounds or inpatient responsibilities)

• 100% outpatient care
• Average daily volume: 25–30 patients per provider
• Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not required
