This full-time, on-site position focuses on delivering comprehensive pediatric care in a collaborative and patient-centered setting. The Pediatric NP or PA will provide preventive, acute, and chronic care while helping families feel informed, supported, and confident in their child’s healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric assessments and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide preventive care, screenings, wellness visits, and immunizations
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and healthy lifestyle strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical best-practice initiatives
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences through compassionate, family-focused care

Ideal Candidate

• Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in New York
• Experience in pediatric care preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
