Pediatric Registered Dental Assistant (1-2+ years exp) Part-Time

We’re a start up pediatric dental practice recently open in Frisco and we’re looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join us on our mission to provide compassionate, kid-friendly dental care!

Position Details:

• Part-time to start, with the intention to grow to full-time as the practice expands
• No weekend hours
• $21–$25+ per hour, depending on experience
• Fun, supportive team environment
• Hands-on role in building our office systems and patient experience

Requirements:

• Active Texas RDA license
• 1–2 years of experience as a dental assistant (pediatric dental experience strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication and chair-side manner with children and families
• CPR certified (PALS bonus)
