Pediatric Registered Nurse Home Care Day-Shift

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians/take verbal orders, complete service plans and multidisciplinary team members, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients through regularly assessing the needs of clients receiving nursing services in the home care setting.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various nursing duties including catheter care, lab draws, tracheostomy care, GJ-tube care, medication administration, ventilation, Central Line, TPN administration and pain management.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses and caregiver to teach and provide comprehensive continuity of care.
- Utilize anatomy knowledge and aseptic techniques in patient treatments.
- Provide care in areas such as respiratory health, laboratory services, and case management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in airway management for patient safety.

Requirements:
- Valid GA nursing license.
- Proven experience in nursing practices and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control.
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in catheter care, ventilation, pain management, and airway management.
- Familiarity with respiratory health practices and case management.

Pay: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 48.0 per week
