Pediatric Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Specialist to join our medical center in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career pediatricians to establish their practice and grow with a guaranteed commission-based earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents.
• Conduct routine checkups, diagnose illnesses, and develop effective treatment plans.
• Communicate clearly with parents/guardians about children’s health and treatment options.
• Maintain proper medical documentation and patient records.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, other doctors, and clinic staff.
• Follow all healthcare standards, DOH regulations, and ethical practices.

Requirements

• MBBS with specialization in Pediatrics.
• Valid DOH / HAAD license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills and a caring, child-friendly approach.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: AED 3,000
• Attractive Commission: Minimum monthly commission of AED 30000 (with higher earning potential).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
