Pediatric Physician

Compensation: $260K–$280K per year + full benefits, relocation/sign-on bonus, and housing support for up to 6 months

Job Type: Full-time (4.5-day work week)

Location: Eastern Montana

Our client is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physician to join a mission-driven healthcare organization serving a close-knit rural community in Eastern Montana. Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across all age groups in an outpatient and limited inpatient setting.
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, perform physical exams, and coordinate care for patients and families.
Participate in newborn care and deliveries as needed.
Collaborate closely with advanced practice providers and other clinical staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Participate in community health initiatives and serve as a trusted healthcare resource within the community.

Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
Board Certification in Pediatrics (Board Eligibility considered).
Current Montana medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
NRP certification required.
Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred.
