A Pediatrician is a medical doctor specializing in the health and medical care of infants, children, and adolescents. The role focuses on diagnosing, treating, and preventing childhood illnesses while supporting the physical, emotional, and developmental well-being of young patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine check-ups, growth monitoring, and developmental assessments.
• Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, infections, and injuries.
• Provide immunizations as per national vaccination schedules.
• Manage chronic pediatric conditions such as asthma, allergies, diabetes, etc.
• Guide parents on nutrition, hygiene, safety, and overall child health.
