LaSante Health Center is seeking a Pediatrician to join our multispecialty, community-based health center in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to children from infancy through adolescence, with a strong commitment to preventive care and family education. Creole-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary and preventive care for pediatric patients, including routine checkups, immunizations, and developmental screenings

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in children and adolescents

• Counsel patients and families on nutrition, growth, and overall wellness

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)

• Participate in quality improvement and public health initiatives

• Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

• Board certification

• Current New York State medical license or eligibility for licensure

• Experience in community health or outpatient pediatrics preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bilingual Creole/English strongly preferred
