Pega Constellation Developer (v8.X / v24.X) || 5-7 years || Bengaluru

Seeking an experienced Pega Constellation Developer with strong expertise in Pega PRPC, Constellation UI, and end-to-end application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable applications, integrating external systems, and delivering high-quality features in an Agile environment.

Must-Have Skills

• Pega Constellation Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on development on Constellation (Portals, Views, OOTB DX Components, Debugging).
• Pega Platform Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of Pega v8.X and/or v24.X.
• Core Pega Skills:
• Case Types, Flows, Data Pages
• Activities, Rule Resolution
• Security configurations
• Reports and Correspondence
• Integration Skills: Proficiency with REST, SOAP, Connectors, and Services.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Development Quality: Ability to deliver assigned user stories with high quality following Pega best practices.
• Problem-Solving: Strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Communication: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Pega Deployment Manager or CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Pega Customer Service or Pega Decisioning.
• Understanding of Microservices or API-first architectures.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and application optimization.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Case Types, Data Pages, Activities, Flows, Decision Rules, and other application components following Pega best practices.
• Build and customize Constellation-based UI components, including Portals, Views, and OOTB DX Components.
• Debug, enhance, and maintain Constellation applications to ensure smooth user experience.
• Design, implement, and optimize Reports, Correspondence, and Security configurations.
• Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, Connectors, and Services.
• Collaborate with team members, business analysts, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, guardrails, and Pega design principles.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Participate in feature grooming, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,100,000.00 per year
