Experience in Agile and Hybrid mode project cycles
Test Estimation preparation
Requirement analysis, Requirement clarification tracking
Maintaining requirement traceability matrix
Test plan preparation, Test design techniques, Test case creation
Test design reviews (peer review, lead review)
Preparing test data requirement and test data
Manual test execution
Performing different testing types (Smoke, integration, functional, regression, inflight, end to end, browser and device compatibility testing)
Defect life cycle, Test management tools experience (JIRA, PractiTest)
Defect tracking tools (JIRA, PractiTest)
Should be familiar with software development lifecycle and best practices in QA
Preparing text execution tracking sheet / summary reports
Sharing daily status update, Ensuring the module level coverage
Preparation of test closure report
Interpersonal Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Acceptable work ethics
Technical Skills
Experience on Pega testing
Experience on Web based application testing
Mobile testing
API testing
Basic SQL query running
Basic automation knowledge

Based on the nature of the project, availability on after hours might require on certain situations depend on the external factors (ex. Requirement walkthroughs, Test design reviews with client team)
