Pelvic Floor Physical/Occupational Therapist

Job Summary

Peak Pelvic Health is a cash-based (out-of-network), pelvic physical therapy specialty practice in Colorado Springs seeking to hire our next clinical employee. We have a workplace where employees feel a deep sense of purpose and intention with their work, and leaders who wish to support their growth and passion for pelvic health physical therapy. This position is open to experienced clinicians as well as those newer to pelvic floor therapy. We provide a structured mentorship program to grow your skillset in treating pelvic health conditions, and a collaborative environment that allows us to increase our expertise and patient outcomes.

The position is open for full-time or part-time hours. We do require an understanding of pelvic floor therapy assessment and treatment, along with a preferred background in manual therapy and orthopedic skills. Applicants must be comfortable working with patients of all genders, as we provide comprehensive treatment for a broad range of conditions across the lifespan. Our clinic has large, private treatment rooms and a gym area to provide the tools and environment needed to foster healing and strengthen the body.

Qualifications:

Must have:

  • Valid PT/OT License
  • Graduate Level Physical or Occupational Therapy degree (DPT/OTD preferred)
  • Pelvic health/floor introductory courses completed

Preferred Skills:

  • Able to perform all duties of a pelvic floor physical/occupational therapist, including both internal and external assessment and treatment for men and women. Knowledge and coaching skills about the nervous system, basic nutrition, sleep, and movement.
  • Preferred background in pelvic floor therapy setting for 1-2 years.
  • Strong manual therapy and orthopedic skillset and dry needling certifications.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Base Salary + Commission per patient ($51-57/hour)
  • PTO, $1000 con-ed budget
  • 1-hour treatment sessions with minimal documentation
