Modern Sports Medicine is an innovative, patient-centered practice dedicated to advancing musculoskeletal and rehabilitative care across Arizona. Our team is committed to providing evidence-based, integrated, and forward-thinking treatment that empowers patients to achieve lasting results. We are expanding our service lines and seeking an experienced leader to build and direct our new Pelvic Health Physical Therapy Program in the Phoenix market.

Position Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to lead the development and growth of a comprehensive pelvic health service line. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new clinical program from the ground up, with both clinical and leadership responsibilities.

The Program Director will provide direct patient care, recruit and mentor additional pelvic health therapists, and collaborate with our leadership team to establish high-quality standards of care, innovative programming, and long-term growth strategies. This position also includes the opportunity to help design and launch a Pelvic Health Residency Program, reinforcing Modern Sports Medicine’s commitment to advanced education and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care specializing in pelvic health and related musculoskeletal conditions
  • Lead the development and implementation of the pelvic health service line across the Tuscon market
  • Recruit, train, and mentor pelvic health physical therapists and physical therapist assistants
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop clinical protocols, quality measures, and patient education resources
  • Design and establish a Pelvic Health Residency Program in coordination with clinical education partners
  • Promote collaboration between pelvic health, orthopedic, and sports medicine departments
  • Support marketing and community outreach to build awareness and referral relationships

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
  • Active Arizona PT license (or ability to obtain)
  • Specialized training and certification in pelvic health (e.g., CAPP-Pelvic, PRPC, or equivalent) required
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in pelvic health, with demonstrated leadership or program development experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills
  • Passion for advancing women’s and men’s pelvic health care through innovation and education

Compensation and Growth

  • Base Salary: $140,000 annually
