Job Duties:

• Drive company provided trucks
• Service trash enclosures at client property
• Sort recyclable items
• Sweep and maintain trash enclosure appearance
• Load and remove bulk items from client properties

The Ideal Candidate:

• Valid driver's license. (Commercial license not required)
• Clean driving record of at least 2 years (1 point or less with approval from the company's car insurance)
• Able to work the following shift: 3:45 am - 12:15 pm Monday - Friday with potential overtime, typically on Mondays
• Ability to repetitively lift 75+ lbs (furniture, appliances, household items)
• Ability to push and pull a wheeled bin weighing 600+ lbs.
• Follows instructions from Senior Drivers / Field Operations Admin / Route Supervisors while working quickly and efficiently
• Able to drive/maneuver a trailer is a plus (NOT required)
• Must work well with others and represent Copia professionally
• Ability to send emails, text messages and picture messages by cell phone
• Ability to make decisions and think outside of the box
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience with waste management is a plus (NOT required)

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
